    select() with udp?

    can select() be used with a udp "connection"?

    why do you need to use select with udp when udp can recv from multiple clients at a time cause it is all in one buffer(atleast that is what I think it does).

    true, but I do believe that recvfrom() is blocking... so I want to know when to read the incoming data.
