    Sending Raw Packets?

    Hello I got a packet I went to send


    00 e0 18 5e f3 00 00 06 25 8f f3 cf 08 00 45 00
    00 37.....

    and it does on i got it in ASCII format ofcourse cuz I used ethereal.

    Im using windows...

    Is there a program out there that can send a raw packet like that? if so were would u dl it?

    Arg ,I guess I miss-typed somethings.

    Is there a program that sends raw packets?

    I think I can translate. Is there a program where he can type in some packet code (whatever it is) and then click send to an address?

    Telnet, used in conjunction with Calculator in scientific mode. Enter the hex number in hex mode, then click on decimal. Take that result, and go Alt-(ascii code on keypad)-(let go of alt). Example: is a bunch of random bytes that I just entered.
