Hi guys!
I've read about TCP connection between computers and it described as layered blocks, what's confusing me is, what is the good term to say about the connection between layer and the other? I mean when I put two layers of TCP protocol near each other, what should I call to the layer that I adjacent it to the first layer? i.e words I mean what's telling me that two layers are theoretically adjacent to each other.
