Thread: Looking for C source code or component for VonJacobson TCP/IP header compression

I'm looking for function, component or source code to the Von Jacobson TCP/IP header compression algorithm. It is in RFC 1144. That RFC has the source code to it but it is written for a Unix machine. I'm looking for some source code written for an IBM compatible. It doesn't need to be source. It can be a dll, just so it works. I only need to decode compressed packet headers.
