    kdevelop

    Kdevelop 3.1.0
I cannot find from where to generate a library template project.
Also I cannot find from where to add existent files to a project.
I searched in all menus, tabs, context menus and I dont think
myself I could not find it.
I am pretty embarased by the non friendly UI this IDE came with.
I think this kdevelop is advertizing 'use VI and any make generator'

cant you just create a new project and then edit the makefile.?

i believe everything you are looking for is located in the 'automake manager' (found on the right sidebar).. if you want to add existing files to project the option is down at the bottom.. 'add existing files'

and in the same dialog right click on the active target and goto options.. this should allow you to choose to make a dynamic library..
