    dos/win32 in linux

is there a way to compile code so that i creates win32 or dos executables... that can then be either transfered to a windows computer or run in wine?

This is kind of a bass ackwards way of doing it, but you could try and compile it via mingw using wine?

if you set up the app and makefile for it, you can build a windows gui app with gcc by doing a cross-compile.
