Unhappy how to make *.md2 models??

    Hi folks, it's me again...
I wonder what program i can use to make md2 models for my OGL game. i have tried to google this subject but didn't find anything useful.
Does anyone know what modeller i should use (or converter may be or something)?

    thanx in advance
The OS requirements were Windows Vista Ultimate or better, so we used Linux.

I have a very basic idea about to create models, did some simple ones with MilkShape 3D, coding such stuff is another thing though
Anyway, I haven't used Blender before, but I think it can create MD2 models.

    EDIT:
    you mean Linux eidtors right?
MilkShape is great, but it's only for Win32.

i've got blender, but i don't think it is able to export models in md2 format. it can export files in VRML 1.0, DXF and Videoscape formats...
that's a pity 'cause blender is a really cool 3d prog. i googled for a plugin (for blender) for exporting md2, but i couldn't find that either

Oh... i've just found out that AC3D v4 is able to export objects in *.md2 format.

The problem is though that i don't think it's able to create animations and store them in quake 2 format (and then the whole point of md2 is gone ). Or may be I'm mistaken?
