    POSIX on windows anyone?

I am doing some programming on a rather large project with my friends for Linux, using the POSIX environment. I am coding on both KDevelop and MSVC++ 6.0. I was curious if there was a way to give MSVC++ POSIX support, for both compiling and looking up functions, etc. KDevelop is nice but both workstations are for different parts of the project etc.

If there isn't a POSIX environment for windows (I dont really expect there to be one besides CYGWIN, which I can't use on MSVC++) It's ok, it would just help and speed things up much quicker.
