Is there any Linux-command that works like "dir C:\ /S /B" under MS-DOS? Or what do you think in implementing it on myself, would it be difficult?

Yes there is,
find / -type d
to find all directories
find /
to find all files, including pathname

ls -R
or is it
ls -r
