Bandwidth Shaper
Hello there
First of all , sorry for my english , i hope that i am understood though
Im kind of new in programming and i want to start a project to improve my skills. Recently i was searching a netlimiter-like bandwidth shaper in linux but i didnt have luck finding one (except maybe trickle or wondershaper)
So im thinking to start developing a bandwidth shaper for linux. I'm sort of lost in searching where to start with this think. Does anyone know where or what i should be looking at?
Im not really sure , but i suppose i should start by finding which prosecces have opened sockets.
Any tip is welcome
