How to change X-Server default gray screen ?

When X-Server starts-up there comes a Gray-Screen on the top, Is there any way to change that Gray to any other customized screen. Because we want to put our company logo.

You mean, just during startup? It's a pattern. You may be able to replace the pattern, but to do anything else, I think you'll have to change the source.

In the X initialization script "xinitrc" you could call "xsetroot" to set the root background.
