    Someone took the name of my space game

    After the Shuttle: Ensuring Brevard's Future in Space

    Click on the link NASA's competitors on the left menu.

    I actually thought SpaceX was a really stupid name but now that I've used it for so long I like it. Oh well....like my 'game' is ever going to get released anyways.

    my theory:

    unless "SpaceX" is a licensed name, everyone has the right to use
    that name. and even license it.

    however,

    if the licensed property's author doesnt care about usage of this
    property by other people (happens very rarely) then it might be
    safe to use that name.
    however, there are also better names. and, good luck on your
    game, you will eventually finish it without you even realizing it!

    Whoohoo, sounds like an opportunity to collect one hundred BEEEELEION dollars!
    Code:
    //try
    //{
    	if (a) do { f( b); } while(1);
    	else   do { f(!b); } while(1);
    //}

    the feeling of the early 90s shooters
    That is, when (early 80s arcade shooter) Galaga finally became available on the PC?

    Really, people don't know about SpaceX? Hmm... maybe it's because I've been involved in the aerospace industry for a bit, but I thought for sure they were a household name(granted only in engineering households, but still).

    Also, they throw a kick-ass party every year at the small sat conference in Utah.
