To be clear, it's not that I dislike antropomorphism in drawing. I'm a fan of Giuseppe Arcimboldo, for instance. And I have a copy of Athanasius Kircher's bearded face on a rocky outcrop, which I love, hanging in my home office. It's just this particular type of art you've shown that I don't like.

I have an irrational dislike for most asian art forms, including drawing, but also music, sculpting, and others, that I could never quite explain. With only a very few exceptions (usually dark or horror asian art, which I consider probably only second to north americans artists), I feel repulsed by it. And I can see the Asian influence on many of those drawings, in particular japanese.

On almost all cases I can also detect its juvenile influence. I was however on my early 20s a big fan of Vampire, the Masquerade 1st Edition, which I played till I drop with my friends. That pen & paper RPG was loaded with animal antromorphism, which we weren't shy to add to with our own module creations; from werebears, to werehorses... even werefish (no, we didn't. But I thought it was funny). So this isn't a criticism, just an observation of the fact with age I can no longer find any substantial sensory pleasure from looking at this type of art.

Well I have zero knowledge of art, I used to think furry/anthro art was its own style...I didnt know it was Asian influenced.

Lol, never understood why people think she's hot, especially now. Feel like a lot of people are considered hot merely because they're famous and wear makeup (or in the case of guys, famous and have a chiseled body).

Mila Kunis was definitely never hot to me. She wasn't ugly. But I could never be like, "Oh yeah, Mila Kunis."

Wow. Now I have to know, Epy, John, who's hot to you?

Oh wow, good question. It's hard for me to come up with celebrities off the top of my head but I like pale brunettes with strong cheekbones. Oh, and brown eyes. But not the doughy infantile thing Mila Kunis kinda has going on. She looks too young for my tastes.

    Current or past?

Currently, I dig Jennifer Garner, Keira Knightley

Past, Rene Russo in Major League, Leigh Taylor-Young in Soylent Green, Demi Moore in the 80s, Charlize Theron around the time of Mighty Joe Young, Jennifer Aniston in Friends, Sandra Bullock in Demolition Man

Also +1 to John's comment on what Mila has going on, lolol

The most anthro I come close to wanting is just a girl wearing a headband that gives her animal ears.

Mila Kunis seems to ooze sex appeal. Watch Forgetting Sarah Marshall. She's fine!

    But I prefer redheads generally.
