Hey Guys
No doubt you have all seen the global chaos and frenzy
that Pokemon "GO" has/is creating around the world. I bet
Nintendo are loving all the focus though. It got me thinking
about all the media reports I have read (true or not maybe)
of people actually getting injured or almost killed trying to
"catch em all".
Remember a few years ago, "Flappy Bird" created a very similar
craze. People were killed over that game... I mean for gods sake,
it's a GAME.
Anyway, my view is that software developers need to take a look
at what they are creating and perhaps take a step back from the
finished application and perhaps place barriers such as time of
play, avalaiblilty etc.
The fact the applications are free is not the problem, I think it's
the general focus of people getting over addicted to said application.
Do you think applications in the future should be more carefully
developed to prevent such addictions overtaking personal lives?
Just my thought on it.
