No Kidding, I think it is more like MS fed LDS preaching to its controversial AI chatbot Tay. It all makes perfect sense for Tay to seek religion to pardon its sins being a former Nazi and all.
There, end this experiment now MS! Your bot failed the Turing test.

You know, it didn't even occur me that it could be a Turing test. I just assumed they spoke super awkwardly XD

This leads me to wonder, what's it like to be so awkward on the internet that people accuse you of being a Turing test?

    Edit:

One day when I was still doing data entry I was talking to some coworkers about the Turing test during lunch. They had never heard of it and I was explaining it, I was like, "On Facebook, for example, you could think you're chatting with your cousin but it's really a bot created by Facebook."

That thought seemed to disconcert them.

I am talking to my cousin from time to time since my cousin likes to follow me around!
