    remote connection - code blocks?

    Hi Members,

Thanks for your constant support and guidance.
    I'm on Mac 10.9.5

I started with PDT Eclipse, i.e Eclipse's PHP tool.

Until now, I've been using Eclipse's C/C++ plug-in to write programs. All these are being directly written/saved/compiled/run on a remote server using remote connection plug-in in Eclipse.

However, is there better tool that can be used?
Would Code blocks allow me to have these features? I like the way code blocks structure files, and is more dedicated toward c/c++ programming.

I cannot download xcode from my Mac due to version issues of my old OSX, and I'm using my employer's Mac, so nothing much can be done here.

    Please advise.
    Thanks..

Afraid not, Code::Blocks is pretty lacking. Eclipse is as good as your going to get, mainstream IDE wise.

And you can get Eclipse to nest directories, actually.

    Hello Yarin,
Thanks for your reply to my post.
Would you suggest with another version: (luna, kepler, etc)?
