Apply some chewing gum to the finger. A thin layer, not more than 1 millimeter thick, or you risk passing some of it to the page. Maintain the gum layer moisturized to about 40%. No more. This level of moist ensures the page is flipped, but the tension of its weight releases it as soon as it crosses the well known 55% barrier. It's the momentum that will allow the page to keep traveling and finally rest on the other side. It is very similar to what you get when quick-flipping your finger across your kindle. You don't need to go all the way to the other side of the screen.

I could give you one of my moist sensors. But I'm out. You can find them pretty cheap on Amazon.
