A few years back, me and some people I know started our own (non-tech related) business. We are nearing production and are now at the stage where we need to consider some sort of business management software. I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with this kind of thing, and could offer suggestions.
We're looking for something that can handle the basics (i.e. accounts payable/receivable, inventory, job tracking, sales and sales tracking, etc), is reasonably secure, and fairly straight-forward (we don't need or want bells and whistles).
One major requirement would be to support multiple users (there are nine company owners) remotely, via server or cloud.
We are currently researching the many possibilities, but I was wondering if anyone here had specific recommendations based on past experience.
