    Merry Xmas!

    Almost 2 AM on Xmas day here!

    I stayed up late waiting for Santa, but he hasn't arrived yet. Will have to go to sleep soon, getting tired!

    It's a band one of my high school classmates plays in.

    In this context, though, it would refer to alcohol (probably beer) that he brewed himself (or at least was not commercially brewed).
