    Getting refund for book (help)

    Hello,

I purchased the book, Jumping into C++, and I would like to take advantage of the money back guarantee. Does anyone know how to go about doing this?

I e-mailed the web master with my request, but I have yet to get a reply, and I haven't found any information regarding how to do it on the website.

    Any information would be appreciated,

Be patient. As long as you proved that you purchased the book and asked for a refund within 60 days from the date of purchase, he should honor your request, even if it takes him a while to go through his email.

I'm going to assume that you've written business emails before and know to use helpful subject lines.

I'm sorry you're not satisfied with the book. I have brought your post to the webmaster's attention and I'm sure he will be on the lookout for your email.
