    Do you contribute to oss?

Do you or did you contribute to open source projects?
What are interesting projects that can use a coder's hand?

    I feel I can use the experience : )

It's one question only YOU can answer.

What are YOU interested in? Are there projects in that area?

Yea I agree that it's all about tastes.

But this is more of an open question. Want to hear what was it like for people to contribute.
And if some project has taken your attention lately, it would be nice to hear about it too.

I have mostly only contributed patches. If I find a problem in some open source software I use that I think should be easy to fix, I'll go into source, try to fix it, and submit patch.

Not really contributed significantly to anything. So far i have released everything I've written on my own time (not working for a company) by GPL, though, so technically I have been contributing that way.

I use Codelite IDE, and I've contributed patches to it when I found an issue that I felt was big enough to spend time fixing it.
