Charity Race to Benefit Medical Research May 15 - 25th

There will be a team race to benefit Folding@Home in it's efforts to learn how to better cure and treat diseases.

    Folding@home - HomePage

Eight teams will be competing, and I'd like to invite anyone to come and join us for all or part, of that 10 day race.

This is "the most fun distributed computing project you'll ever run while keeping all your clothes on". < rofl >

Overclockers.com is one of the smaller teams in the race, but we are quite strong, even so (#4 in total team ranking).

    All the details:
    Race Invitation - Overclockers Forums

    It's a blend of two video's, I think:
Fun.: We Are Young ft. Janelle Monáe [OFFICIAL VIDEO] - YouTube

Spartans, What is your Profession? - YouTube

and of course, our head honcho to explain it a bit:
Why Study, Simulate, Use Folding@Home, Vijay? - YouTube

Thanks for reading this, and I hope you'll come and race with us!

The race is over, and my team KICKED BUTT and won by a huge margin!

    I'm SO pumped!

Memorial day is this Monday - please spend a little time remembering those who gave their life for our freedoms.
