Update: I have restored code tag checking. Code tags are now enforced on the backend in PHP. This means that even disabling javascript won't get around it. Moreover, I'm using a vBulletin plugin-based approach to add this check. This is *great* because it means that new versions of vBulletin will not clobber my changes, so it will be easier to upgrade boards. I've tested it mainly from the full editor but also some from quick reply and it seems to work pretty well.
@SlyMaelstrom Good call. I'll look into that. It must be easy to change.
@Codeplug You mean you'd like it on the header bar under the "Forum" tab?
@bithub Thanks, if you do learn anything more I'd love to know.
This isn't exactly a bug report but... can you move the sticky post about using code tags in the c, C++, C#, Windows and Linux forums into the Announcements section at the top? This would make it more prominent and maybe people would actually read it...
>> @Codeplug You mean you'd like it on the header bar under the "Forum" tab?
Right. "User CP", "New Posts", and "Mark Forums Read" are the main things I click on. In that order

Okay, I should be able to adjust that to make those actions a bit easier...by the way, did you know that under "Quick Links" there's a "Subscribed Theads" option?
The new code checker doesn't seem to like multiple blocks of code

I am SO fired from our QA department. I'm at work right now, but will definitely fix that tonight.
Under my User page I clicked on the Find All Posts button... it first reported 5 pages worth of results. I jumped to the 5th page and then it reported something like 8 pages found. I jumped to the 8th page and it said something like 14 pages found. I jumped to the 14th page and it said something like 18 pages found. Notice a pattern? It now reports 20 pages worth of results and the most recent result on that first page (are page results ordered from most to least recent?) is dated from back in 2005. I'm sure I've made more recent posts than 2005. The oldest - on the 20th page - was from some time in 2004 but I joined in 2002 so there should be results from that time period. Anyway, I exited my user page and came back and did the search again and it seems to be fixed on 20 pages of results but nothing more recent than that 2005 date.

I just went to the advanced search and looked for my posts and it reported 21 pages of results but there was nothing I could do to switch to another page, it just the first page without the usual buttons to advance to a different page. Also, that first page of viewable results started from October 12th, 2004 and went through May 1st 2002.

The text "No new messages" in the 'Notifications' drop down is white making it near impossible to read with it's bright background (FF 3.5.9)
The "View First Unread" at the top of threads is very difficult to read with the current color. I would also humbly request a new "New posts" icon, I find the current one to be a bit too similar to the "No new posts" icon (same goes with unread posts in thread and so on). I liked it more when it was a very clear difference betwean the icons.
OMFG! I haven't checked the site for a week and now it looks like total crap.
Why does everything have to be so huge? My scroll wheel is gonna break soon with all this scrolling.
Is there any way you can make it look more like it did before?
Hey, what happened to the Preview button?
