SPOILER tags please?

I would really like to see the

tags, preferably renamed as Hide tags. This can be really useful in order to hide Quotes. They are usually reminders that you add for your post to make sense, but most of the times people have already read the post quoted. Or think of big chunks of code. Often you tell somebody "post some code" and they post their whole program. It would be preferable this to be hidden by default and expanded if needed. But even in the simple occasion that you want to hide something because you don't see it as significant or it is just additional information but you don't want your main point to be missed.

    Give me your comments.

We don't discuss things that can be spoiled, like movies.

Plus I think that it just isn't supported by this brand of forum -- don't know what else to call it. phpBB has spoilers as a feature. If vBulletin has it, you need to talk to webmaster about enabling it, in any case.

Oh, there are thousands of addons available for vBulletin, I'm pretty sure. If we need it, there will be no problem getting it.
The question is if it's a good idea?
I don't find it so useful...

I've never heard of that before, but I think it could be quite useful, at least in the sense of hidden because you probably don't want to read it more so than because it might be an actual spoiler
