I have no idea what your smiley means and I'm not, as you may understand, on the business of researching smileys meaning. Along with the fact as smiley is only useful as a means to convey information if it's kept to a bare minimum and used only if its decoding is universally understood, I tend to gripe about any use of smileys that could be better replaced by secular, proven and universally accepted WORDS.

But I'm admonishing you, you bet. Certainly you can ignore it and keep producing 9 character long smileys all you want. But don't give me the "you are poking me", because it will only mean you cannot take good advise on good terms.
