Hi, I'm new to the forum and was wondering if there is some list of restrictions on new accounts and when they are lifted. I tried to access my profile but it failed, with a message saying I don't have permission. I tried looking in the forum guidelines thread but I couldn't find any information relating to my problem. It's possible I missed a link somewhere down the road, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
