Question how do you delete a thread?

if you make a thread and later want to delete it, ether because you realize it is dumb or you just want to redo it. is there a way to delete it if there have been no replies?

Edit: I mean threads here on the forum.

Yes. Simply edit it to read:
"VIAGRA GO TO HTTP://WWW.VIAGRA.COM/?. I HATE YOU STUPID ASSES YOU'RE TOO STUPID TO WIPE YOUR ASS."

Trust me, it will be gone in no-time. I think...

Hmmm then you could ask an admin. But I don't think there is a way, unfortunately... ;-)

Typically, edit the original message to say something like "problem solved" or similar.

If it has any replies, then instead of trying to delete it, make a new post that is a smart redo of your question. If necessary, post that you no longer wish to have replies in that thread, then start over with a new thread.

"Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.
