Guys What is your take on the climate change deal situation

I admire this guy for taking matters in to his one hands and wasting no time. Just wanted to find out general opinion what do you guys think.
Copenhagen, Denmark - Delegates at the U.N. Climate Change Conference are "running short on time" to reach agreement on a deal, U.S. President Barack Obama told them Friday.
"There is no time to waste," he said. "Now I believe it's the time for the nations and the people of the world to come behind a common purpose. We are ready to get this done today, but there has to be movement on all sides."

I get maybe two dozen requests for help with some sort of programming or design problem every day. Most have more sense than to send me hundreds of lines of code. If they do, I ask them to find the smallest example that exhibits the problem and send me that. Mostly, they then find the error themselves. "Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.

I think it's an evil chinese plot to get the west to dismantle its industrial infrastructure thereby destroying the only possibility we have of ever repaying the loans we have taken from them and thus giving them the means and motive to declare europe and north america 'rogue provinces'

Actually I think it's a load of bull......... The problem is we live on a giant ball of molten rock powered by a massive uncontrolled internal nuclear reaction and we have the hubris to think we are the center of the universe and that anything that happens in the world is a result of our actions, whether intended or not. People, particularly politicians, need to grow up.

    lol

I posted this to another forum a few days ago...
I just read a quote that said: "When all else fails, kill each other until the argument is over." (Forget who said it, too lazy to find out) That made me think about kids fighting, and when they grow up they stop. Then I thought about the world, and suddenly this thought: When do the leaders of the nations of this world grow up¿ ö
