I take the time to think while typing and then edit it before I post. I simply live with typos that don't change the meaning.

Agreed on the first... disagree on the second. I get anal when I have a typo (that I notice) in my post. Granted, I'm not the most articulate guy in the world, so there are probably tons, of, mistakes, in, my posts that I don't see... but when I do see them I have to fix them. That said... I really try to get my ideas expressed the first time around and the only time I'll edit the idea of the post is when I re-read what I've replied to and realize I misunderstood the question or opinion of that person. I will say this, though... there have been times where I've let a post sit around half complete for a few hours simply because I couldn't word my thoughts well.

Wrote something not too long ago that's about 835 words. First I proofread for grammar. I've read it four times, and I'm still finding typos long after I submitted the final draft.
