If the school wasn't helping enough, why wouldn't she complain? The duration of her complaints doesn't verify or refute her claim.

What does "helping enough" mean? I bet that to her it means, "got me a job". All my school did when I graduated was give me a list of companies that were hiring software engineers with no prior job experience. I was grateful for that, and it was enough to get me a job.
I guess there are others out there that expect (a lot) more.
I don't know what the expected level of help is, or if they would be liable for not providing that help.
"helping enough" doesn't mean "got me a job" obviously, and if it does, in her case, then obviously it would be ridiculous, as I have already said.
What gets me, is that she is suing for her cost of tuition.
So, basically she is stating she wants a free education,
or, that she is not intelligent enough to use the information that was taught to her.
Either way, in court, it's "buyers remorse".
With a 2.7 G.P.A., she might be able to get a Data Entry Job.
My opinion as to why she has not gotten a job is simple:
She is not qualified for the job(s) she is seeking.....
Not to mention, 3 months of job searching without getting hired isn't very shocking (especially in this economy). Some people with years of experience might take 3-6 months or more to find a new job.
