    AI links

I'm going to be studying AI soon. I remembered this article, about a year back, about an AI that could be trained to learn the rules of any game. I lost the link and google is not very helpful when it comes to search terms involving "game". Anyone else remember this, and could provide me with a link?

Also, any other interesting links to AI based stuff would be cool. Preferably bleeding edge.

    Cheers.

could you be more specific, do you remember the name of the tech, or any of the people or institutions associated with it, or who published the article?

Well, one thing to keep in mind in the AI field is that 90% of the people touting amazing new technologies are charlatans. Soft brained peoples' eyes glaze over when you start talking AI and these scam artists take advantage of that to sell simplistic systems billed as as some futuristic technology, when in fact its been around for over 100 years. This makes it rather difficult for people with actual new research to get funding.
