I have a question: Does anyone have the source code/executable for the old Flights Of Fantasy DOS game programming (I have the book, not the diskette).
Thanks.

How big is it? I'm connected through a slow (28.8K) connection, and I don't want to have to wait an hour to downloaad it. I'd be very intersted in looking at the code . . . . . And playing the flight sim, of course!
Thanks.
[EDIT]
P.S. I'm running Internet on a Linux machine, to avoid viruses on my programming computer

It's so old I doubt it would even work. It uses integer based code and fixed point mathematics so it's quite jerky.
Instead I'd go buy a book on Direct3D. Don't get me wrong, though, Flights of Fantasy is what taught me all about 3D graphics and matrix math. Very good book and way ahead of its time. Many, many of the principles discussed in that book are the very core foundation of Direct3D.
Yeah, but who else has a Pentium 166?
P.S. Oh, yeah, it's running DOS, pure DOS, no Windows on this one!
