More people might reply to your post if you provide more information for them. Maybe you haven't selected a game to create yet, but maybe select a genre. Also, will it be console based? You should try to tell them as much information as possible so they can determine if they're a proper fit for your team.

..and most of us are working on projects as well. I've tried to organize something but it is very hard to do so outside of work-based environment where you 'have to' in order to finish the project.
The 'have to' element just isn't present on the board.
