Ok, I have this tic tac toe game that runs in the console window. How do i make it so that when i start it up its like a game...where there is a background and a menu and graphics and you use the mouse. I'm thinking of just doing something simple. I want to make it so my console window tic tac toe game starts up and fills the whole screen and there is a menu and you can use the mouse and you can click where you want to move rather than entering numbers. and i also want to have graphics. Two main questions: 1. Can I make the graphics with a regular paint program like microsoft image composer? 2. How do i do all of this stuff?
