Your spelling is nearly as annoying as my "irrogance."

I was stating that I use SDL, so that would be why I didn't post links to DirectX tutorials. Since no one else was answering the post, I decided I would. Many people had already asked for DirectX tutorials, so searching the board would have done wonders. Then the poster asked about SDL. So I gave links for that.

If YOU knew a decent DirectX tutorial, then why didn't YOU post it?

As far as Hunter goes, I wasn't attacking him. Text doesn't transfer tones very well, so you couldn't tell that I said it jokingly. I suppose I could have loaded up my post with those gay smilies... But I rarely use them.

You can stop attacking me any time you want, by the way.

Ok ok everyone, no need to start a flame war. DOlson, I can see what Techwins means; you've been pretty obnoxious in the past But about your reply to the post, you could have reworded it to make it more clear about what you meant (I mean your first post). Instead of saying "I use SDL", you could have said "I don't use DirectX, I use SDL", which would have made it more clear.

But, Techwins, you could have reworded your own post a little bit, to make it less of a flame. And,
    Why even bother?

Neither do I. I'm going to leave the subject alone, because there's no sense in arguing about a pointless topic.

Hunter2, point taken. Hindsight is always 20-20.

BTW, I tried out your programs at school today (no Windows here). Not bad. That Theseus one or whatever you call it was hard. It'd be cool if you had more levels.

If I had a lot of extra time, I'd port your space game to SDL so you could see the difference. Maybe sometime in the future I'll give it a shot, so long as your code is open for that.

Wanna port my game to SDL? Go ahead! I'm busy trying to port it to DirectDraw right now, but the more versions, the better. After all, what's a game if you can't run it on Linux?

    P.S.
I took the Theseus level straight off someone else's site, I hope I'm not infringing on some copyright or anything I was planning on adding the rest of that person's levels too, but I got lazy after the first one, and I couldn't think of a quick and easy way to do so.
