    Alpha Provider: Source Code To Super Mario Bros.

    Posting it up for all new-comer programmers to learn from. Just trying to help. Its amazing how Miyamoto makes a simple coded game sell millions/billions. This game didn't use any API and its art files are .pcx

    it's called "A lack of technology".

    I'm sure if mr. moto created that game these days it wouldn't look any way like it did back then.

    That's not the original source, it's simply a remake of that (great) game.

    I agree that, that is not the orrigional, for one thing if you play it all the boxes only have coins! Where are the shrooms and fire floers huh?
