Question 'gotoxy' equivalent in Visual C++ ??

I'm afraid I'm a bit of a junior when it comes to C++, so please be patient with this very basic question!!

What's the function (and header file) for positioning the text cursor, so that I can then use the printf function to place text at the desired x,y co-ords.

I have been using Borland and the command was:

    gotoxy(int x, y) using the <conio.h> header file.

However, I have now converted to Microsoft's Visual C++ (as I've heard it's better for games graphics) and I don't know what the equivalent command is.

    !!Help!! - cheers, Ad.
