    I am interested to see what the source of a graphics program looks like. Oh well, I'll try it later.

    Geocities are crap. Have you tried to copy and paste the URL?

    i tried the game. The paddle is accelerating if you hold the direction key. cant you make the paddle move at a constant speed? And sometimes it doesnot respond quickly... if it is going to the right, and you press the left, it slows down first, then stops then moves to the left and then it picks up speed...

    but it a very cool game- way cooler than i could make - good job!

    I made that intentionally (sp?), to make it move a lot smoother. You do have a point in that it could takes some time to turn around. I'll take that in consideration if I'll modify it sometime...

    Ah, a few days later now, I read what you said magos (copy and paste), and it worked. I'm gonna try it when I get home. I'm also gonna take a look at the code (thanks for including it!) and **hopefully** understand a bit of it.

    Thanks,

    Addition:

    One thing that maybe wasn't so obvious (perhaps you found out yourself), is that you can affect the balls direction a little. If you're moving the paddle when the ball hits it, the balls direction will change depending on the paddles direction

    o = Ball
    <====> = Paddle
    Code:
                /
        o      /
         \    /
          \  /
           \/
         <====>

                /
               /
      o_      /
        \_   /
          \_/
     <-- <====>

                /
          o    /
          |   /
          \  /
           |/

    Great game!

    I understand very little of the code (I don't understand which parts actually display the game). Do you recommend any tutorials to achieve what you have?

    I mainly read an e-book DX tutorial I got from Dual-Catfish. I can mail it to you if you want, but it is ~6Mb.

    I had some trouble mailing it to another person earlier you couldn't attach files >1Mb.
    Plus I couldn't upload files >5Mb so I had to RAR them.
    Download the files, remove the .zip in the end and unzip with WinRAR.
    If the links doesn't work try to copy n paste them.

    Hello, nice program, quit fun. It does not seem like the paddle and ball sprites work properly. I can see the white square around them.
