Well, I wanna try make a simple game and I kinda know how to use the HGE engine.
Now, I wanted to ask if I'm doing something stupid starting with an engine, 'cause I'm kinda new at C++?
Sorry if I'm posting on wrong forum.

If you are kind of new, then I would suggest you start incrementally do exercises and studies and ultimately write your own small engine before using a pre-defined one.
It's just to get some experiences first and to get used to how engines work.
In any case, it will not hurt.
Well, I basicly just want to be able to print graphics onto the screen :P

Ok... Be able to show things like sprites to the user :P

Well, I've gone through the "Learning to Program in C++" tutorials on the Cprogramming site, is that a solid ground or do I need to read more?

Oh no, far from it, I am afraid.
They cover only small parts of the language.
You should get yourself a good book. There are plenty out there, even free ones. You can look at the recommended books thread to give you some ideas.
You will realize how much you are missing and how much C++ can really do.
After you are done with the basics, then you can start looking a little into graphics, provided you know about graphics programming (which is an entire different subject!)
...
It just doesn't end! >.<
Well, I was able to play with graphics when I only knew about Arrays, Variables... Yeah that :P
But I knew how to use HGE :P
Well, if there's more reading then... I did read a book called something like Game Programming a while ago... :P
I'll just stop whining and start finding a book :P

Akkernight. HGE is about as it easy as it comes for doing graphics. There are tutorials that come with the HGE download that show how to do quite a few things. Just play around with that code, and try changes it around a little to see what everything does.
I may be wrong in saying this, but a lot of programming is trial and error. You can't learn everything from a book.
I've done a ping pong game in HGE while only knowing about variables and arrays :P
Anyways, Imma do both, the reading 'cause it's wise and I can feel clever, the coding 'cause it keeps the mood up and can makes me proud 'cause I've actually done something ^^
