    What is C#

    Hey, i'm pretty new to programming in general. I know C++ is basically C but with classes, and some other changes... but what is C#?

    C# is a new language, similar to C++ and Java based on the .NET Framework by Microsoft.

    Can you be more specific? Like...what is the difference between C# and C++? And is it better than C++?
