Those are all proprietary formats, likely protected by US and international patents. Keep that in mind before undertaking any public venture that involves reading and/or writing those formats.

That being said, there is publicly available information on how to read and write those formats, which you can find with a routine google search. I recommend you try that first. Then, when you run into more specific problems (more specific than "How do I...?"), I'm sure the forum members will be more than happy to address those problems.
What can this strange device be?
When I touch it, it gives forth a sound
It's got wires that vibrate and give music
What can this thing be that I found?

I think the demand for Doc (word,ppt,xls..etc) to PDF conversion will NOT be very high because of all the free print to PDF apps that are out there.
But, PDF to Doc(word, ppt,xls..etc) sounds like it might be worth doing.

You might start out by doing PDF to/from Rich Text Format (RTF) instead of Word.
I would start by doing PDF to ASCII text file as my first step.
Then, try PDF to a version of RTF or maybe to Word Document.
