What dose make C# more better than JAVA ?
Is C# like JAVA Use GUI way or like Visual C++ Mouse drowing ?
I am in Computer College ( Science filed )
What do you think is better for me Visual C++ or C# ?
( I need a language that can billed Compilers...operation
