    Good point..i removed one. Didn't really seem to be the root of the problem though.

    Read your code and post it here.
    As many have said before you, it's a logic problem. Code is placed where it shouldn't be - incorrect position.
    So read the code here, see what it does. And then explain how exactly the logic must be to make it work.
