    italicize~(sp?)

    Alrite i donno if you can even do that...but can you italicize(sp?)in C++? like at the moment all ive done is text deals in DOS(yea im a newbit~)so i was just wonder if i could...and if i can what is the command...and what header file would i need to include

    BTW im using MSVC...

    Yeah, I've been wondering how/if you can do this as well. Someone mentioned that you can change the color of text at least...but how would you go about doing this? What about larger size text, or anything else along these lines?

    EDIT: I use both VC++ and Borland 5.02.

    Well im not sure if you're asking how to change the color, but im lazy and there must already be a billion threads on that. to make the font size bigger you can increase the size of the console window, or make giant letters made up of a bunch of small letters. Im sorry, that was no help at all.

    Well I found out go to change the fore/back-ground, console name, and a few other things but they're only aimed towards windows-based consoles. Not that thats a big problem since not many people would be accessing it from a dos prompt or anything like that, but I'm just wondering if there are any non-windows functions to do this with?
