Forms and MS Visual C++ .NET

I have been coding everything for the consoul for the last couple of years.
If I have MS Visual C++ .NET, and knowledge of Visual Basic .NET.
Do you create forms in a similar way?
Is there a free tutorial online to show me some tricks.

Do you mean, is creating forms in C++.NET similar to creating forms in VB.NET?

Google found this. I have no idea if it is relevant or not.
