    Welcome to the boards. If you haven't already done so then please take some time to familiarise yourself with the faq:

    Make sure you have a look at the the posting guidelines:

    Following the rules will ensure you get a prompt answer to your question.

    Remember, too, that the board has a search facility, a link is at the top of your screen:
    http://cboard.cprogramming.com/search.php
    It will often get you a quicker answer to your questions than waiting for a response to one you have posted.

    If you have any questions about this you may ask or you can contact one of our forum leaders:

    If your program really is in C, it should probably go in the C sub-forum. As is noted in the homework announcement make sure you show some effort. For example, what are your thoughts on how to solve these problems? Have you started on any of them? What have you tried?

    Not a good sign when there's an error on the first page:
    Code:
    fscanf(fptr,%19s %lf %39[^\n]”, fuel,&amount,description);
    There's a missing ".

    [edit] It seems like you have posted this question elsewhere: http://www.codeguru.com/forum/showthread.php?t=424250 [/edit]
