Input & output image file in C++

I would like to ask, whether there is some standard library or source code, which is specialized for handling image file?

If yes, can anyone please tell me?

    No there isn't.

Most people use a library or two depending on the number of image file formats they want to deal with.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

But I tried hard to find source code on google, and get no suitable result. Are there any source for image processing available?

What sort of image files (jpg, bmp)?
What sort of image processing (character recognition, scene interpretation)?
What sort of search terms have you tried?

Because replying in 5 minutes doesn't look like you tried very hard.

I am doing a project on image processing using Graphic Processor.

So, I am trying to find some code to deal with bmp, jpeg files but failed.

    Then I post a question here~~^^
