How I can Run exe file in C++

How I can Run exe file in C++.
or how i can making a program that when I ran it, whit number 1 can be run a exe file with name of a1001.exe in drive C and with number 2 can be run a exe file with name of a1002.exe in drive E.
if it is possible please help me.
