    Pulling Files off a Server

I have written a file processing script and now i'd like to have the program retrieve the data files from the server itself, instead of me having to pull the updated files myself at the end of the day. Can anyone suggest a library that contains the functionality i need? Program runs on windows xp and compiler is VC 6

    thanks

    What sort of server?
    FTP
    HTTP
    ?
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

You might want to look at the WinINet API
