    Code Warrior IDE

I bought a game programing book and it recomends me using Code Warrior as my IDE. But I am still using MSVC++ and the progs work fine. Any ideas about why they would recomend Code Warrior? A statement on the cdrom says it is what the Proffesionals use but I was under the inpression that most game companies used MSVC++ 7.0 - 8.0.

Is code warrior even worth considering?

Maybe the book author works for or has connections to Metrowerks, or simply feels that the Code Warrior IDE is the best for game programming?

"Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.
